Policies, Notices, and Hours
- All animals entering the WellPet Group must be on a leash or in a carrier. The lobby is not a place for patients to make friends.
- WellPet members take precedence for advanced scheduling on both appointments and procedures. Same day lots are saved for true emergencies and must be approved by the doctor for scheduling.
- After hours emergency care is only provided to WellPet Members and Bear Members. We are unable to sign anyone up outside of office hours.
- We do NOT have after hours staffing. Our staff is only present in the building from 8am-5:30pm. While we do offer hospitalization, we will also tell you a true emergency hospital may serve your pets needs best as they can provide overnight monitoring and care; we do not provide this.
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any financial concerns, please let our staff know so we can provide appropriate estimates and resources. We do NOT offer in house financing.
- While caring for our four-legged family members can be hard, please remember to be kind and courteous, we will not tolerate rudeness to any of our staff.
- We understand if something arrises and you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, However if you do give us a call 24 hours in advance there will be a cancellation fee.
